Our Story:
In the face of burnout resulting from relentless startup efforts, founders D Sharma and Julie Sharma embarked on a transformative journey focused on self-care. This path led them to a peaceful retreat in Thailand, where the wisdom of a monk/coach introduced them to the power of journaling, meditation, and mindfulness. This profound experience sparked a realization that personal coaching, a practice historically reserved for elite athletes, should be accessible to all. Motivated to bridge this gap, the founders—alongside their friend Bhartesh—established Wellness Coach. Committed to making wellness universally accessible, Wellness Coach offers a comprehensive range of mental and physical health services, from multilingual digital health resources to personalized coaching and clinical solutions.
